Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Bid Ride account and its associated personal data directly from here, without needing the app installed. Verification works the same way as signing in: we send a one-time code to your phone number.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, and profile photo.
- Your saved account credentials — you will be signed out of the app everywhere.
- Push-notification device registrations tied to your account.
What we keep, and why
- Past trip and payment records may be retained where required for legal, tax, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes, in a form no longer tied to your name or contact details.
- Ratings and feedback already left for other users are kept, but are no longer linked to your identity.
